Damien ja nos habituou a estes felizes e francamente muito bem conseguidos trabalhos sobre a incoerencia de uma provavel divisão dos valores humanos. Satirizando os ultimos trabalhos dos irmãos chapman, Damien revela uma sensibilidade extrema no que diz respeito a tecnicas de observação aguçadas e um sentido de humor apuradissimo. Em "pic-nic" são-nos reveladas referências ao mundo cor-de-rosa das celebridades e ao voyeurismo rural de forma a registar uma breve "aventura ocasional", um possivel retiro forçado, momentos sinteticos e produzidos mas sempre com uma atitude artistica e filosofica extremas.
Tudo o que o meu caro Professor Raúl Genuíno disse é mentira.
I am very happy to acknoledge that the portuguese speaking community is interested in our publications, nevertheless, i would like to politely request that they would write comments in english so that all our readers can participate in this (i'm sure) very interesting dialogue. Just one point here left to clarify: "Imperial Pic-Nic" is not MY work, unfortunatly. It's author is none ohter than Sean Thorpe, as I have explained in the text below the pictures, and for which you have shown minor interest.
