Spoiled Boys

Tomorrow, 14th of December, the inauguration of the exhibition "Spoiled Boys" by José Cardoso (and curated by yours truly for NoMatchFound magazine) will take place at the recently opened to the public: Chocolate Gallery (Leça da Palmeira/Porto/Portugal). Being one of the flag carriers in the fresh wave of new Portuguese illustration that is sweeping all the press from Tokyo to Buenos Aires, José Cardoso toasts his audience with a socio-political irony bombshell disguised as an under-aged entertainer at the stock market's kindergarden.
With the sunny Portuguese night and groovy DJ's as the background, you actually have no excuse to miss this surelly amazing event.

Live From Near The Battle - Anti-Yesterdays

From book editing we step right into music publishing.
Being an ensemble of experimental musicians, the anti-yesterdays refuse to settle for a formula; going even furthen than the already unexpected free-jazz concert, this four element group pretenciously steps into stage aiming to create everything from scratch.
Listen to an extract of their CD released live performance, here.

The Harmless Lie Manifesto

For those who thought of NoMatchFound as a label that followed it's own path among the vulture-like, ethic-less companies that use the christian holiday of Christ's birthday as a potential consumist strategy; it's time for you to realize the horrific truth! It is my pleasure to announce the (very specifically timed) edition of Nathan Cyril's book "The Harmless Lie Manifesto". Waste no more time choosing presents for your art-or-philosophy interested relatives, the latest Nathan Cyril's book will keep their insaciable hunger for uneasy thesis entertained at least until Easter.
