Bar Doodle Spying

And from a bar in Milan, comes a tissue illustrated with Marco Giancarlo and Andrea Palancci's dark prediction of European geo-political future (after several depleted bottles of wine).

Sketchbook Spying

Sticking to what NoMatchFound is supposed to be, "a display of what is going throught the minds of young artists all around the globe", I regularly gather images from their sketchbooks. This classified material was captured from Piotr Szczewski's hard-cover-Moleskine during a three-days event in Bremen, Germany. Besides his own drawings, you can also recognize some interventions by the Köln conceptualist Svea Blömer.

Two Stories For One Photo

Not So Happy Feet

Attached to the photos of Mr. Cardoso's exhibition, Rafael Gonçalves sent a late christmas present for the NoMatchFound magazine. We are indeed much thankful.

José Cardoso - The aftermath

After a well deserved vacations period, NoMatchFound is back on track.
And what better way to start than displaying some documentation about one of the most important events that took place during the final days of 2006: José Cardoso's exhibition at Chocolate Gallery in Portugal.
Although I couldn't be there myself due to a previously scheduled conference in Toronto, a little bird told me it was an outrageous success. In fact, almost every piece displayed there was bought during the vernisage, so if you are interested in making an acquisition you won't regret, you better hurry. Congratulations Mr. Cardoso.
